Trading Update and Notice of Results
PTSG, the niche specialist service provider, is pleased to provide a trading update ahead of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2015, which will be announced on Tuesday, 29 September 2015:
The Group has performed well in the period, delivering strong organic growth, and it continues to trade in line with market expectations for the full year ending 31 December 2015.
The integration of the 'Pendrich' acquisitions, completed in June 2015, into PTSG Electrical Services is progressing satisfactorily.
PTSG has secured a number of significant new contract wins in the period, which the Board believes will have a positive impact on the Group's results in 2016 and beyond. The directors look forward to providing a full update on the Group's performance in September.
