Trading Update and Notice of Results

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading integrated technology group, specialising in Wireless, Power and Interface and Displays, announces that trading for the year ended 31 December 2015 is in line with market expectations.

Encouragingly, the strong trading performance experienced in the latter part of last year has continued into the New Year. Further, the integration of Stontronics, a UK based manufacturer and distributor of power supply units, which was acquired in August 2015, is proceeding in line with plan.

Preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be announced on Tuesday 15 March 2016.
