Trading Update and Notice of Results
Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil producing assets is pleased to announce that, in line with the increased scale and capacity of the business, it will release its results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 28 February 2019.
Additionally, the Company confirms that trading in the final weeks of 2018 remained strong and that the results for the year to 31 December 2018 are expected to be in line with expectations, as revised following the trading update issued on 3 December 2018.
This announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
