Trading Update and Notice of Final Results

Oxford, 5th April 2018. Sophos Group plc (the "Group" / LSE: SOPH), a leading provider of cloud-enabled enduser and network cybersecurity solutions, is pleased to provide the following update in advance of publishing its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2018.

Update

Sophos is pleased to announce another year of strong growth, in line with our goal of delivering annual billings of $1 billion for FY20. The Group anticipates full year reported billings growth towards the top end of the previously guided range of 20-22% growth, representing approximately 18% growth on a constant currency basis. This reflects fourth quarter reported billings growth of approximately 23%, or 16% at constant currency.

Notice of results

Sophos is scheduled to publish its preliminary results on 17th May 2018.
