Trading Update and Directorate Change

Further to recent announcements, the Board of ECV has filed today a notice of intention to appoint an administrator for the Company in order to allow the directors of ECV sufficient time to evaluate various options available to the Group concerning its future.

In addition, ECV announces that Finance Director, Jonathan Moritz, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from 10 October 2014 to pursue other interests. Jonathan's role will be fulfilled by Ran Oren as required. Ran was appointed as a non-executive director of ECV in March 2014 and was previously the Interim Finance Director in the period May 2012 to June 2013.

The Board would like to thank Jonathan Moritz for his contribution as FD and wishes him well in the future.
