Trading Update

We announced our half year results on 25 January 2018 for the six months to 31 December 2017. At that time we reported double-digit growth in revenues, profits and earnings per share. 

Our business continues to perform well and our results for the year to 30 June 2018 will reflect growth in revenues and profits on the prior year and strong cash generation. Current market conditions are favourable with high demand for talent and low unemployment rates in key markets. However we remain conscious of the impact of political, regulatory and economic events globally on our business.

We expect our profit before tax for the year to 30 June 2018 to be in line with market expectations. Our balance sheet and cash flow remain strong.

We plan to announce our results for the year on 11 September 2018.

Board Appointment

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Lorna Conn, Chief Financial Officer of Cpl, to the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Lorna joined the Company in October 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and has previously held senior roles in a number of public companies, residing in both Ireland and America during this time. Lorna is a chartered accountant and trained with Deloitte.

John Hennessy, Chairman of Cpl, said: "On behalf of the Directors of the Company I would like to welcome Lorna to the Board. She has already made a valuable contribution to the Group since joining as Chief Financial Officer and we look forward to having the benefit of her experience, energy and expertise on the Board as Cpl pursues its next phase of growth".
