Change of Financial Year End and Trading Update
Change of Year End
The Directors of Haversham announce that the Company's accounting reference date and financial year end has changed from 30 June to 31 December.
Trading Update
Pending publication of the Company's audited results for the period ended 31 December 2014, the Directors wish to provide an update on events during the period.
Haversham was admitted to trading on AIM on 10 November 2014 under the management of Avril Palmer-Baunack (Executive Chairman), James Corsellis and Mark Brangstrup Watts, in order to acquire and develop substantial businesses in the UK and European automotive, support services, leasing, engineering or manufacturing sectors. The Company continues to look for opportunities in line with its defined investment strategy.
In the period to 31 December 2014, Haversham incurred approximately £0.2m of operating and due diligence expenses, recorded no revenue and at the period close held a cash balance of £28.8m.
Audited results for the period ended 31 December 2014 will be published in due course.
