Newmark Security PLC22 December 2006 Newmark Security PLC ("Newmark" or "the Company") Trading update Newmark is pleased to announce that its' wholly owned subsidiary, GrosvenorTechnology Limited, completed in the first 6 months of the current financialyear the sale of their JANUS access control and security management system toBAE Systems at major sites in Warton, Samlesbury, Brough and others. The totalsales value, including JANUS software, exceeded £0.5 million and was one of anumber of major contracts that the company was hoping to gain. The benefit ofthis contract has been fully accounted for in the interim results to 31 October2006 announced on 13 December 2006.
