Trading Update

The Company is pleased to provide an update on current trading and progress on the publication of the financial results of Media Corp for the year ended 30 September 2012.

Progress with the gaming platform is on-going albeit slower than planned due to access to resources. The Box Nation feasibility period is complete and Box Nation continues to require delivery of the betting platform. The Intabet platform remains a B2B proposition as previously stated, and after some backend improvements in the off season, Goal Millions is expected to take full advantage of the upcoming football season.

Since the Company was suspended on 30 April 2013 it has been approached by a number of parties with a view to Media Corp acquiring their businesses or companies or using the Company as a vehicle to pursue other business opportunities. In light of the legacy issues, financial position and the early stage of commercial operations for the continuing business the directors have taken this opportunity to undertake a fresh review of operations and prospects of the Company on AIM, and whether one of these prospective transactions would, if executed, enhance shareholder value. Were any of these prospective transactions to be concluded it would most likely result in the sale of the existing operations and an injection of capital into the Company. Any transaction (including the potential disposal of the existing business) would be subject to shareholder approval and bring with it new directors to the board.

The audit for the period ended 30 September 2012 and preparation of the interim results for the period ended 31 March 2013 has been run in parallel to the review process. Discussions on one prospective transaction in particular are at an advanced stage and directors hope to provide a full update in due course together with definitive timings for the publication of financial information.
