Trading Update

Thursday 31st March 2016 at 7.00am: Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") is today issuing a trading update in respect of the six months ending 31st March 2016.

Equity issuance activity has remained relatively strong during the period. We have completed 27 equity transactions, including 10 IPOs, so far this financial year and have a number of corporate transactions which are due to complete in April 2016 and beyond.

Numis is therefore expected to report revenue and profits above the first half of last year when half year results for the six months ending 31st March 2016 are announced on Friday 6th May 2016.
