Demand has been encouraging throughout the first six months. Sales will increaseby approximately 8% over the equivalent period of 2005 (adjusted for thedisposal of Arcom in the first quarter). All three business sectors demonstratedpositive sales growth. Profitability will be in line with expectations, benefiting from both additionalvolume and the continuing actions, initiated last year, to increase operatingmargins. Looking forward, order trends give confidence of continued progress for theremainder of 2006.
