Trading Update

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 14 August 2014, which set out the terms of the sponsorship agreement ("Agreement") between Golden Saint Diamonds SL Ltd ("GSD") (a 75% subsidiary of the Company) and Mr Maluei Mohamed in relation to the Zimmi Areas, the Company is pleased to announce that four yellow stones with approximate sizes 2.3 carats, 4.20 carats, 10 carats and 10.34 carats have been recovered by the artisanal team under the supervision of GSD. The Directors believe that such early recoveries are a promising sign for future finds and as a result GSD is considering sponsoring additional artisanal miners in the area. As per the terms of the Agreement the total value of all diamonds won under the licence are to be shared between GSD and the landholding family (being the family of Mr Maluei Mohamed) as to 70% and 30% respectively.

As stated in the Company's announcement of 26 August 2014, GSD will have to apply for an export licence in order to be able to export any diamonds found in the Zimmi Areas.
