Charles Taylor Consulting PLC7 February 2006 7 February 2006 Charles Taylor Consulting plc Trading update Ahead of entering its close period, Charles Taylor Consulting plc ("CTC") provides the following trading update. Trading in the year ended 31 December 2005 was in line with the management'sexpectations. As previously anticipated, the stronger trading seen in the secondhalf of the last financial year has continued into the current year. CTC will be announcing its results for the year ended 31 December 2005 on 10 April 2006. Commenting, John Rowe, Chairman and Chief Executive said: "We are pleased with the progress that the business made in 2005. In addition tothe important acquisition of LCL, which continues to perform well, we havestrengthened our Services division and the Management operations have continuedto perform well. Within Services, our Aviation and Energy businesses arecurrently trading particularly well. In Aviation we have received important newinstructions, recruited new surveyors and are enjoying high utilisation levels.Within Energy we are operating at near full utilisation."
