Enterprise Inns PLC30 March 2005 30 March 2005 ENTERPRISE INNS plc PRE-CLOSE PERIOD TRADING UPDATE Enterprise Inns plc (Enterprise), which will be announcing its interim resultsfor the six months ending 31 March 2005 on 17 May 2005, provides an update ontrading. Since the AGM statement made on 20 January the business has continued to performwell. The Board expects that both operating profit and profit before tax will becomfortably in line with its expectations for the six months to 31 March 2005. The integration of the Unique Pub Company has now been completed in all respectsand the Board expects synergies in the region of £27million per annum to belargely realised during the current financial year.
