Re: Announcement Regarding a Trading Suspension

Further to the announcements made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company" or "Matomy") on June 11, 2020 and on June 22, 2020 (RNS 6860P and RNS 5739Q, respectively), regarding trading suspension of Matomy's securities on the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. ("TASE"), the Company hereby announces that the Company's securities were suspended effective as of today from trading on LSE and TASE.
