Trading update

Work Group plc ("Work Group"), the AIM listed marketing services company, announces ahead of its close period that it expects to report an operating profit (before exceptional costs) for the six month period ended 30 June 2010.

Net fee income for the period was £5.6m, 3% up on the corresponding period last year, and the balance sheet continues to be strong with no debt and net cash at the half year in excess of £1.1m.

Management is confident that full year expectations will be met.

Work Group will announce its half year results on 16 September 2010.
