TRADING UPDATE FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2010
In compliance with the listing requirements of the Malawi Stock Exchange Limited (MSE), Press Corporation Limited is pleased to announce that as a result of recognising a gain on a deemed disposal of its investment in an associated company as required by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 3 - Business Combinations), Group profit after tax for the year ended 31st December 2010 will be significantly higher than the profit achieved in the year ended 31st December 2009.
The information on which the above Trading Update is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Group's auditors
The annual audited financial statements of the Group will be published in the press in due course.
