Constellation Corporation plc ("Constellation" or the "Company") Trading Update On 30 January 2006 the Company issued a trading update for the twelve monthsended 31 December 2005 and stated that the preliminary results for the sameperiod were expected to be announced in early April 2006.The Board today announces that trading for the first quarter has been positiveand in line with its expectations.
