10 April 2015 XP Power Limited ("XP Power" or "the Group") Trading Update XP Power, one of the world's leading developers and manufacturers of criticalpower control components to the electronics industry, is today issuing atrading update for the quarter ended 31 March 2015. Trading Trading in the first quarter has been encouraging. Group revenues in the threemonths to 31 March 2015 were £25.6 million (2014: £24.4 million) up 5% fromthose achieved in the same period a year ago. In constant currency revenueswere the same as in the prior year. Whilst the weaker Euro has had a negativeimpact this has been more than compensated for by the stronger US Dollar. Order intake in the quarter was also strong at £27.9 million (2014: £26.9million) up 4% on the same period in the prior year. Financial Position Net cash was £nil million at 31 March 2015 compared with £1.3 million at theyear end. Dividend A dividend for the first quarter of 13 pence per share, an 8% increase over theprior year, will be paid on 9 July 2015 to shareholders on the register at 12June 2015 (2014: 12 pence per share). Outlook The Group has made a good start to its financial year, with the positivemomentum in the order intake experienced in the second half of 2014 continuinginto the first quarter. We therefore maintain our guidance that we would expectto grow revenues in line with expectations in 2015.
