Immedia Broadcasting plc13 July 2005 13 July 2005 IMMEDIA BROADCASTING PLC Trading update Immedia Broadcasting PLC ("Immedia"), the UK's leading provider of live tailoredradio, announces today that whilst sales have continued to progress, results forthe year will be significantly behind market expectations. Over the last few months, advertising on Impulse Live has been slower thanexpected. In addition, the Company has noticed a trend towards a much longertime frame than anticipated between the initial discussions with possibleclients and the actual signing of the contracts and the Company believes thissituation is unlikely to change. Immedia continues to talk to a number ofprospective clients, and although there is no guarantee that these discussionswill result in contracts in the short term, it confirms that Immedia's offeringis attracting strong interest. Immedia remains financially sound, with a strong balance sheet and the businessis trading at an EBITDA positive position. Immedia continues to be wellpositioned in a growing and exciting market and Immedia's Live radio stationshave proved to be a powerful medium to engage both staff and customers. Interim results for the 26 weeks to 30 June 2005 are expected to be announced on1st August 2005.
