Trading Update
Ahead of the Annual General Meeting to be held today at 1pm, Jimmy Choo PLC, the British luxury brand specialising in shoes and accessories, releases the following trading update.
The company has made a good start to the year and trading is in line with our expectations. Despite the headwinds facing the majority of the sector in 2016, our successful growth strategy continues to deliver. Jimmy Choo remains focused on controlled expansion and development of the retail portfolio whilst evolving the product mix with exciting new collections. Through a focus on improving our operating efficiency and the management of costs we are on track to deliver margin improvement and good cash generation, which means we will see further deleveraging in the second half of the year.
Designs and collections by our creative director, Sandra Choi, resonate with our clients and opinion leaders alike and are a key factor in the growing global appeal of the brand.

The Company expects to announce H1 results on 25th August 2016.
