Oxford Instruments PLC05 April 2007 5 April 2007 Oxford Instruments Plc Trading Update Oxford Instruments plc, the high technology tools and systems company, is todayproviding an update on trading in advance of publishing its preliminary resultsfor the year ended 31 March 2007 on 13 June 2007. Results for the year, before non-recurring items and amortisation of acquiredintangibles, are expected to be in line with market expectations. In addition, the Company is in negotiations to exit the High Field NMR business.While the outcome of these negotiations is still uncertain, an exit is likely tolead to a one-off non-cash write off, which is not expected to exceed £3m.
