Notice of interim results for six months ended 30 September 2019

Ince, the London-based international legal and professional services group, announces that it will release its results for the six months ended 30 September 2019 on 28 November 2019.

The Board of Ince confirms that the Group's performance is in line with market expectations for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. Traditionally, the Group has produced the greater part of its revenue and profits in the second half of the financial year and expects that will be the case in the current financial period.

The Group will be hosting a results presentation for investors and analysts on 28 November 2019 from 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Ince, Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London E1 8QN.
