Pinewood Shepperton plc22 November 2007 Pinewood Shepperton plc Trading Update 22 November 2007 The Company has been notified by one of its contracted customers for a majorfilm that they have decided to immediately shut down their production beforeshooting commences. Whilst the terms of the customer's contracted use of filmstages with the Company are to be honoured, the cancellation of this production, during the current Writers' Guild of America strike, will adversely impactancillary film revenues by approximately £3.0 million, mainly in 2008. Aspreviously noted, against the context of the current Writers' Guild strike andthe uncertainty of the forthcoming negotiations of the Screen Actors Guild, whilst every effort will now be made to replace the above revenues this willprove challenging. Other than for the effect of this cancellation we anticipate performance in 2007and for 2008 to be in line with expectations at the time of the Company'sinterim announcement.
