TRADING STATEMENT
Air Partner, the global aviation services group, is today releasing a Trading Statement following its financial year end.
Trading in the second half of its financial year ended 31 January 2017 has remained in line with expectations.
The acquisition of Clockwork Research Limited, a leading fatigue risk management consultancy, announced on 13 December 2016, has been well received by clients and the integration is progressing well. The Group continues to assess investment opportunities, both organic and acquisitions, in line with its stated strategic objective to become a world class global aviation services group.
A detailed update on business performance will be provided with the full year results which are expected to be released on 27 April 2017.
After 12 years as a Non-Executive Director and 5 years as Non-Executive Chairman, Richard Everitt has informed the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company's AGM in June 2017. Richard was appointed as Chairman of the Dover Harbour Board on 1 July 2016. A selection process is underway for the appointment of a new Non-Executive Chairman and an appointment announcement will be made in due course.
