Net b2b2 PLC27 April 2005 NETB2B2 PLC - TRADING UPDATE Turnover Up, Earnings Positive Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Group"), the AIM-quoted business aggregatorfocusing on the digital communications sector, announces that, for its thirdquarter ended 31 March 2005, the Group traded significantly ahead of the sameperiod last year delivering substantial turnover growth (particularly in cScapeand Blue Sky Hosting) and producing positive earnings for the quarter comparedto last year's loss for the corresponding period. During the past three months, cScape has added an impressive list of clients toits portfolio and won substantial new contracts and extensions from its existingclient base, with an overall value in excess of £2 million. This has contributedto a positive outlook for the Group over the next 12 months. cScape, which is one of the UK's leading Microsoft partner firms and a supplierof Internet consultancy services, added new clients such as Sky, the LondonStock Exchange and Esso. In the professional membership sector cScape wonsignificant extra work from its existing clients the Chartered Institute ofLibrarians and Information Professionals, the Chartered Institute of Personneland Development and the Carbon Trust and completed a project for the Royal YachtAssociation. In local government both Lewisham and Bromley Councils haveengaged cScape to assist in their web content management strategy.
