The Board expects APC to announce revenues and net pre tax profits in line withmarket expectations when the audited results are announced in November 2007. Revenues are expected to be in the region of £9.5 million and the profit beforetax (post-goodwill) for the period is anticipated to be no less than £500,000.These results compare to revenues of £6.4 million and a restated profit beforetax (post-goodwill) of £171,000 for the year ending 31 August 2006. The Board is pleased to report that sales and profits grew consistentlythroughout the year during a period when industry sector reports have indicatedsigns of weakness in the market. During the period significant investment has been made in additional,experienced sales and marketing personnel and the Board is satisfied that thispolicy contributed to the Company's resilience in the face of weaker marketconditions.
