BEOWULF MINING PLC Trading Facility with AktieTorget AB 31 March 2008.

Beowulf Mining PLC (AIM: BEM), the AIM-traded mineral exploration company which owns several exploration projects in Sweden including the Ballek copper gold project, the Ruoutevare iron project and the Grundtrask gold project in Northern Sweden, announces that it has signed a connection agreement with AktieTorget AB (www.aktietorget.se).

This agreement offers a facility to Beowulf's shares to be traded in Sweden as Depositary Notes. It is intended that shareholders in Beowulf will be able to deposit their shares with Skandinaviska Enavilda Banken AB, via a London Bank, against the issue of depository notes which will be traded on the Swedish AktieTorget Market.
