The Company confirms that it has received notice that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings ESOP Trust has disposed of 5,497 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.31, and accordingly now holds 630,491 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.874% of the issued share capital.
