The Company confirms that it has received notice today that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust has disposed of 3,230 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.47, and accordingly now holds 400,327 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.09 % of the issued share capital.
