The Company confirms that it has received notice today that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust has disposed of 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.15, and accordingly now holds 358,221 Ordinary Shares which represents 2.77 % of the issued share capital.
