By virtue of a deed of retirement and appointment dated 14 August 2015, Withers Trust Corporation Limited ("Witco") retired as trustee of the W.D.I. Sinclair Grandchildren Settlement and new trustees were appointed in its place. The shares continue to be held in the W.D.I. Sinclair Grandchildren Settlement, under the control of the new trustees.
