On 18 August 2017, Renova Asset Holding Ltd. transferred all of the shares set out in box 8A above to Renova Assets Ltd. Renova Asset Holding Ltd. has filed a separate TR-1 in relation to the disposal of its interest in the shares as a result of the transfer.

Renova Asset Holding Ltd. is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Renova Assets Ltd. which in turn is 90%-owned by Renova Holding Ltd., which in turn is wholly-owned by TZ Columbus Services Limited, as trustee for Columbus Trust.

The interest of each of Renova Assets Ltd., Renova Holding Ltd. and TZ Columbus Services Limited, as trustee for the Columbus Trust, in the shares set out in box 8A above for the situation previous to the transfer remains unchanged as a result of the transfer, except that Renova Assets Ltd. now has a direct, rather than an indirect, interest in the shares.

Renova Holding Ltd. has an indirect interest in the shares held by Renova Assets Ltd. by virtue of its 90% holding in Renova Assets Ltd.

TZ Columbus Services Limited, as trustee for Columbus Trust, has an indirect interest in the shares held by Renova Assets Ltd. by virtue of its 100% holding in Renova Holding Ltd.
