Mr A.J. Sinclair had a total holding of 132,651 shares in Mountview Estates PLC through two holding companies - Viewthorpe (Old) Limited (28,375 shares), 8532630 Canada Inc.(44,276 shares), both companies wholly owned by Mr A.J. Sinclair and a 60,000 holding through 8532729 Canada Inc., wholly owned by his wife Mrs M.G. Sinclair.

On 26 March 2019, Mr A.J. Sinclair transferred his total holdings held in both 8532630 Canada Inc. and 8532729 Canada Inc. into Whitehart Holdings Pty Ltd, also wholly owned by Mr A.J. Sinclair. He then sold 25,000 shares held in Whitehart Holdings Pty Ltd. As a result, Mr A.J. Sinclair no longer owns a disclosable holding.
