Sable Mining, the AIM listed exploration company, announces that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 928,023,474 ordinary shares of no par value (the 'Ordinary Shares'), with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to cast one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 928,023,474. No shares are currently held in treasury.

The number of Ordinary Shares quoted above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
