The Company's issued capital consists of 364,502,020 ordinary shares of £0.001 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury at the date of this announcement.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Equiniti Group plc is 364,502,020.

Shareholders may use the figure of 364,502,020 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Equiniti Group plc under the DTRs.
