Total Voting Rights
As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 151,981,172 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 5,241,848 Ordinary Shares in treasury, following the transfer of 5,000 shares out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by Safecharge employees since 2 August 2017. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 146,739,324 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SafeCharge shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
