As at 28th February 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,406,275 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 4,874,011 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 28th February 2025, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 60,532,264.

The above figure (60,532,264) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
