Total Voting Rights
The Company announced the results of a tender offer to purchase 5,727,340 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Tender Offer Shares") on 7 January 2015. In accordance with the Company's intention stated in the circular sent to shareholders dated 9 December 2014, the Company has proceeded to cancel the Tender Offer Shares.
Following the cancellation of the Tender Offer Shares, Cenkos wishes to announce, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the following information as at 9 January 2015:

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
