Ei Group plc (the "Company") - Total Voting Rights

As at the date of this announcement the Company's registered share capital consists of 495,335,041 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5pence each, including 50,000,000 shares held in treasury which cannot be voted.

The total voting rights, excluding shares held in treasury, is 445,335,041. This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
