Total Voting Rights In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the companynotify the market of the following: Following the issue of 11,878,000 new ordinary shares in relation to theredemption of an exchangeable debenture, Entertainment One Ltd. will have anissued share capital of 127,030,397 ordinary shares with voting rights. The newshares are expected to be admitted to trading on 31 July 2007.
