Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, BBA Aviation plc advises that:

The total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 30 May 2014 is 481,359,057 with 5,594,276 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in BBA Aviation plc is 475,764,781. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BBA Aviation plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
