In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 (R) McKay Securities PLC confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the date of this notice is 91,758,348 with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the company is 91,758,348.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, McKay Securities PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
