Total Voting Rights

 

PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS" or "the Company") announces that, for the purposes of the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at the date of this notice is 38,765,993 with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.

 

There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in PROACTIS is therefore 38,765,993.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
