121MEDIA, INC. (the "Company") Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company (AIM: OTO and OTOM) notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 11,216,642 common shares with a nominal value of US$0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights none of which are held in treasury. Of the 11,216,642 common shares, 10,364,132 are trading on AIM under the ticker OTO, the 'Reg S restricted line' and 852,510 are trading on AIM under the ticker OTOM, the 'unrestricted line'.
The above figure of 11,216,642 common shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
