The Company's total issued share capital consists of 45,510,463 shares of 1 penny each. Science Group holds 675,411 shares in treasury and a further 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,406,063.
