K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing advisory services to SMEs, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue at the date of this notice is 68,775,320 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 68,775,320 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
