Total Voting Rights

Total Voting Rights and Capital as at 25 September 2012

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SkyePharma PLC (the "Company") announces that as at 25 September 2012, following the issue of ordinary shares on 24 September 2012 on conversion of convertible bonds, the Company's issued share capital consists of 46,127,645 Ordinary Shares of £1 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,127,645.

The above figure of 46,127,645 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
