Homeserve Plc01 November 2007 Homeserve plc - Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, it isconfirmed that Homeserve plc's capital now consists of 64,980,103 ordinaryshares of 12.5 pence each, all with voting rights.
