MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 27 August 2009 - PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the life sciences company focused on developing and commercialising proprietary, green solutions that safely, effectively, and naturally kill infectious pathogens without causing harm to human health or the environment, announces that for the purposes of Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital consists of 227,310,439 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each.
PuriCore does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in PuriCore plc is therefore 227,310,439.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PuriCore plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
